It may not have been the ideal way to start the soccer season, but the Sterling High School Rangers and new coach Bryan Hayman still have some positives to lean on after Tuesday’s action.
Amelia Horsford got off on the right foot early and often for the Crosby Lady Cougars and that made for a very nice start to the soccer season Saturday.

Following Katy Paetow’s 70-18 bi-district playoff win last week in Baytown against the host Robert E. Lee Ganders, it was on to the Region 3 area round.
