A season removed from last January’s Class 5A-II state football semifinal collision, Crosby and Liberty Hill are about to reunite for a rematch to make ‘Rocky II’ and ‘the Empire Strikes Back,’ look like Revenge of the Teletubbies.

That’s because the Cougars were able to beat Liberty Hill 62-61 in overtime and did so on a two-point conversion stop to advance to the state title game, which it lost to Aledo.
