Mont Belvieu

Big changes are on the horizon for Mont Belvieu if the city council agrees to a proposal by McGrath Real Estate Partners to enter into a development agreement for about 1,300 acres owned by descendants of the Wilburn family.

Randy Hopper, who is both a member of the Wilburn family and a member of the McGrath firm, presented the vision to the Mont Belvieu Council Wednesday night.
