After hearing a presentation on the proposed design for Eagle Pointe Golf Course, Mont Belvieu council voted to hire a firm to carry out the renovations.

Council heard from consultants of the Finger Dye Spann firm last week about issues at the golf course, such as drainage, broken cart path, contaminated sand in the bunkers, and irrigation issues. On Monday, council voted to hire RPS Group, a design firm, to manage the job.
