A groundbreaking was held for the new Animal Services and Adoption Shelter. After being delayed by Hurricane Delta, the groundbreaking for the new Baytown Animal Services and Adoption Shelter facility went forward Thursday.

The state-of-the-art facility will offer a variety of new features and amenities designed to enhance the animal adoption process, making it more enjoyable for community members, improving the health and well being of shelter animals.
