Rain clouds did not deter a group of dignitaries from attending a groundbreaking ceremony for a 3 million-square-foot warehouse and distribution center.

Houston-based Pontikes Development hosted the ceremony for the Port 10 Logistics Center on 246 acres at Interstate 10 and Thompson Road. Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing the property.
