Barbers Hill ISD officials approved applications for two Chapter 313 agreements at a specially called meeting on Monday night, paving the way for appraised value limitation agreements that will increase the district’s tax base.

The district already held the record for the most 313 agreements in the state and these additional deals will be the 12th and 13th, according to Becky McManus, BHISD’s assistant superintendent of finance.
