With a hotel/convention center on its way, news on the mall, street improvements and other things coming down the pike, Mayor Brandon Capetillo painted a sunny picture of Baytown’s future at the annual State of the City address. 

The Baytown Chamber of Commerce hosted the event at its monthly luncheon.
