A Harris County grand jury Monday indicted Baytown police officer Juan Delacruz on a charge of aggravated assault by a public servant in the May 13, 2019, shooting death of 44-year-old Pamela Turner.

A press release from the Harris County District Attorney’s Office said the charge is a first-degree felony that carries a potential punishment of five years to life in prison.
