Glenn Hamer, president of the Texas Association of Business, provided the Baytown Chamber of Commerce with a legislative update Tuesday.

Hamer has only been in the role for five months, he said, having previously spent 14 years as CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
