Seven Baytown firefighters who went to California to help battle the wildfires are back in town and were recognized for their special service.

Christine DiCosimo, district director for state Rep. Briscoe Cain, joined city and fire department officials in the recognition ceremony at Fire Station 7, 7215 Eastpoint Blvd.
