Friends of cancer-stricken BH student set up wish list

Vinny Robins, a Barbers Hill High School student fighting colon cancer, holds up a specially made jersey bearing his name from the University of Houston Cougars football team. Robins is a part of Team IMPACT, where young students with a sickness are paired with a team for mentorship.

For the past two-and-a-half years, Vinny Robins has fought colon cancer.

The 17-year-old spends a lot of time at Texas Children’s Hospital, going to labs and getting chemotherapy treatment, but like most kids his age, he wants to get out and have fun.
