Endings come for all good things

The tear-stained face of Barbers Hill player Skyler Young says it all as he joins teammates to sing the school fight song at the end of Friday's area-round playoff game in Cedar Park. His Eagles ended their season with a 35-17 loss to No. 2-ranked Mansfield Timberview.

Mansfield Timberview scored three times in the final five minutes, 22 seconds to rally for a 35-17 win over Barbers Hill Friday night at Cedar Park.

The Wolves stay alive in the Class 5A playoffs, advancing with a perfect 12-0 record while Barbers Hill ends its season 8-4.
