Eagle Drive got a lot longer Monday night when the Mont Belvieu City Council designated FM 3360 as Eagle Drive north of FM 565 to Highway 146. FM 3360 was already called Eagle Drive south of the FM 565 intersection.

City Administrator Bryan Easum said the stretch will still be a state highway after the name change – the city’s only new financial responsibility will be installing and maintaining the streets signs with the new name.
