Details for The Baytown Area Water Authority plans to improve the Lannie
The Baytown Area Water Authority plans to improve the Lannie Lift Station, and initiate the creation of a Citywide wastewater hydraulic model to identify sources of Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) and a Strategic Plan for the Northeast and East Wastewater Treatment Plant service areas, which are expected to see increased
development in the near future.
Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified Professional Engineering Design Firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary studies, modelling and professional engineering efforts. These services are being solicited to assist the City in its project implementation of these capital improvement projects.
Bid Submission: Please submit one (1) electronic PDF copy of your statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the City’s electronic procurement site at https://www.baytown.org/563/Bids-Vendor-Information and selecting “Bid Opportunities”.
Proposals shall be received by the City no later than 2:30 PM on May 25, 2021 to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject statements of qualifications. Firms will be required to furnish verifiable references with their qualifications.
