Paul Lynn Fulmer
Paul Lynn Fulmer, 61, of Highlands, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010. Paul was a care-free man who was a friend to all. Paul was born and raised in Highlands, and he will be missed by many. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Clara Fulmer; wife Tina Fulmer; brother, Mike Fulmer and sister, Pat Eubanks.
He is survived by his daughter, Jada Storm and many relatives and friends.
