Paul Tisdale Jr.
Paul Tisdale, Jr., 67, of Conroe lost his struggle with cancer November 13th, 2009.
A memorial will be held Thursday, November 19th, 2009 at 3pm at Cashner Funeral Home.
Paul was born on October 12, 1942 in Flora, Illinois and passed away on November 13, 2009 in Conroe, Texas.
He attended Robert E. Lee High School and Lee College in Baytown, Texas.
Paul served his country in the United States Navy on the USS Bolster from 1961 to 1965, while stationed in Hawaii at Pearl Harbor.
He started Tisdale Company, Inc. with his father in 1967 in Baytown, Texas and with the help of his brothers, grew the small family business into the international market. The company moved to Conroe in 1987. Paul traveled the world with the business and he served as CEO and Vice-President of the Company.
Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing, cook-offs, motorcycling, his house in Sargent, Texas and time with his family. He was a member of the Conroe VFW.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Thelma Tisdale.
He leaves behind Brenda, his wife of 48 years, daughter Lisa Fuller, her husband Mark, and his son Paul “Louie” Tisdale III; his grandchildren, Rebekah and Alex Fuller and Hannah Tisdale.
He is also survived by his brothers and their wives, Lloyd and Jana Tisdale and John and Suzanne Tisdale, his sister Darlene Tisdale, numerous nieces and nephews and his step mother Tempie Marie Tisdale. And last but not least, his dog Woodie.
