Connie Dobbin

Connie Dobbin, 76, of Highlands, passed away Friday, November 13, 2009 in Baytown. She was born August 11, 1933 in Detroit, Michigan to her late parents, Clarence McCrum and Ellen Oleary McCrum

She lived in Highlands for the last 33 years and was a member of Highlands United Methodist Church, where she had served as greeter.

Connie has gone to join her late husband, Duane Dobbin, Sr. and her parents.

Survivors include her children, Diane Vickery and her husband Jess, Duane Dobbin and Marium Lea; grandchildren, Tina Eldridge and her husband Scott, II, Charles Lorendo, Jr., Frankie Lea, Jr. and Felecia Conn and Jennifer Lea; great-grandchildren, Scott Eldridge, III, Blake Eldridge and Gage Lea, who will be born in January 2010 and a sister, Marium Annaert and her husband Frank.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Highlands United Methodist Church with Pastor Nathan Gossett officiating.
