Richard “Pappy Duppy” Murr

Richard “Pappy Duppy” Murr, 57, of Highlands was born October 1, 1952 in Jacinto City and passed away Saturday, October 31, 2009 at his home. He was a member of the North Shore Masonic Lodge #1353.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Richard Murr and is survived by his wife, Marge Murr of Highlands; mother, Mae Murr of Dayton; sons and daughters-in-law, Hank and Elaina Foradory and John and Tabitha Foradory, all of Austin; daughters and son-in-law, Michelle Foradory of Highlands and Ree and Josh Herdejurgen of Crosby; sister and brothers-in-law, Judith Jilek and John Berry of Dayton and Bill Hicks of Highlands; grandchildren, Renee, Ashley, Grason, Delaney, Courtney, Cierra, and Airman Trey Foradory, U. S. Air Force and wife Valerie, Bubba and Cam Reed and Maggie and Madelynn Herdejurgen; and great grandchild, Carsyn Reed.

A memorial service will be Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with George Delamar and Jeff Rutherford officiating. At his request, his body was cremated.
