Juanita Rodriguez

Juanita Rodriguez, 83, of Houston, formally of Baytown, died in her home, surrounded by all of her children on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009.

She was a member of The Memorial Park Spanish Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucio Rodriguez; brother, Roman Grimaldo and sister, Sofia Grimaldo.

She is survived by her children, Genaro Rodriguez and wife Maria, Santa Angelica Mora, Rosy Mata and husband Hector, Mateo Rodriguez and wife Aurelia, Juan Alberto Rodriguez and wife Eva, Ada Lidia Ponce, Luis Fernando Rodriguez and wife Rosalinda and Aracely Herrera and husband Lauro; 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Earthman Funeral Home on Friday October 30, 2009 from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 7 p.m., with Ramon Mora, Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at 12 p.m. Serving as pallbearers will be Victor Mora, Edgar Rodriguez, Adrian Rodriguez, Lauro Herrera, Jr., Fernando Rodriguez and Maximiliano Rodriguez.
