Honoranto Manrrique
Honoranto Manrrique, of Baytown, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Friday, Oct. 23, 2009.
He loved to play the banjo and sing with his wife, Anita as a duet. He was a member of Word of Life Church, and he enjoyed working outdoors.
He will be remembered for his great sense of humor. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Anita Manrrique; sister, Ruth Ramirez and husband Guadalupe; brothers, Daniel Manrrique, Florentino Manrrique, Jr., Samuel Manrrique and Josue Manrrique; 13 children, nine step children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2009, at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home. A going home celebration will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Earthman Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Jerry Galvan and Pastor Dale Kober.
Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Eliseo Galvan, Billy Martinez, III, Jorge Martinez, Jimmy Manrrique, Simon Manrrique and Fidel Bejaran, Jr.
