• Police pulled over a man near the intersection at Decker Drive and Little Road a traffic violation. The man was later arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine.
• A Baytown Police canine handler arrested a man in the 3000 block of North Alexander Drive on suspicion of possession of 4.6 grams of marijuana.
• A woman reported to police that her dog was stolen from her yard in the 400 block of Scarlett Street Thursday. A neighbor witnessed the theft and led police to a man who was in the 200 block of Arbor Street. The dog was found and the man was issued a citation.
• Someone broke into a garage in the 2100 block of Wyoming Street between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday and took more than $1,000 in tools.
• A 2009 white Hyundai Sonata with the Texas license plate RBD094 was reported stolen from the 1000 block of San Jacinto Mall Place between 4:39 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday.
• A storage building in the 2800 block of Virginia Street was broken into between 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday. A 350 amp generator and a skill saw were taken.
Between 6 a.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday, Baytown police wrote 44 offense reports and handled incidents that included; three assaults; one auto theft; three burglaries; three burglaries of a motor vehicles; one incident of disorderly conduct; one robbery; three thefts. Officers also arrested 29 people for charges coming out of other jurisdictions and handled four traffic accidents.
