Baytown firefighters proudly endorse Robert Hoskins for state representative, Texas House District 128. This endorsement was approved by the executive board of the Baytown Professional Firefighters Association which represents all firefighters serving the City of Baytown.

Dallas Webb, president of the Baytown Professional Firefighters Association, said: “Electing state officials that understand, support and lead on firefighter and public safety issues is essential to protecting the community and the working conditions, health and safety of professional firefighters in Baytown and throughout Texas.

“Robert Hoskins is a true leader and a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars in the Baytown community, proven through his two terms as trustee of GCCISD and three terms on Baytown City Council. He has continually made public safety a priority, having previously worked as an Industrial Firefighter and current member of the National Fire Protection Association. Mr. Hoskins has consistently supported proper firefighter staffing levels, as outlined in NFPA 1710, which helps ensures proper staffing of fires or medical emergencies, as well as the building and expansion of our fire training facility. We believe the fiscal responsibility and support of public safety that Councilman Hoskins has shown as an elected official in Baytown will continue in his service as a state representative.”
