Did you know the election for our Texas State Representative in District 128 is coming up on March 3?

They’re calling it the Republican Primary but for District 128 voters, you may as well call it the general election for state representative. Voters in precincts that make up District 128 voted over 2 to 1 in favor of Senator Ted Cruz over Robert Francis O’Rourke just last year.

Nothing is guaranteed in politics but sitting out the primary effectively means you’re letting someone else choose your representative.

We have two Republican candidates in the race; they both check the right boxes on top priorities for conservatives … pro-life, pro-gun, pro-business, pro-borders.

So how do you choose?

For me, it’s simple.

I am voting for the man with experience and integrity, the man that solves problems instead of stoking tensions, the man who has worked his way up from ground level in the industry that is the lifeblood this region, the man who will focus on our needs and serve our community, the man who can work with others to get things done.

I am voting Bob Hoskins for State Representative District 128.
