Faye Wendell Brown Gray, 85, of Baytown, Texas passed peacefully from complications of lymphoma on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.

Faye was born January 4, 1934 to the late J. D. and Aline Brown of Baytown.

Faye was a life-long resident of Baytown and attended Robert E. Lee High School where she met her high school sweetheart, Eddie Gray. Faye and Eddie married on July 2, 1954 and celebrated 65 years of marriage this past July.

Faye is survived by her husband Eddie V. Gray of Baytown; their daughters: Janet Gray Wahrlich, with husband Fred Wahrlich of Houston; daughter Sheron Gray Stickler, with husband Sonny Stickler of Baytown; daughter Charlotte Gray Stephenson, with husband Baret Stephenson of Dayton; and daughter Melinda Gray Reichert, with husband Steve Reichert of Ramstein, Germany.

Faye’s grandchildren include Shaun Stickler with wife Abbie Stickler of Seabrook; Shalyn Stickler of Houston; John David Wahrlich with wife Azure Wahrlich of Houston; Tyler Sullivan with wife Bailey Sullivan of Needville; Logan Sullivan of Dayton; Scarlet Stephenson of The Woodlands; Ashtyn Stephenson and Rachel Sullivan of College Station; Grayson Reichert and Travis Reichert of San Antonio.

Faye’s great-grandchildren include Silas Gray Stickler and Teddie Faye Stickler.
