Vehicle crime

• A theft from a vehicle occurred in the 7400 block of Eastpoint Boulevard Thursday afternoon. Vehicle parts valued at $1,000 were reported stolen.             

• A theft of vehicle parts valued at $400 was reported in the 7400 block of Eastpoint Boulevard Thursday night.             

• A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 700 block of W. Murrill Avenue Friday night. A firearm valued at $600 was reported stolen.             

• A theft of a white 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 valued at $40,000 was reported in the 900 block of Northwood Drive Saturday night.               

• A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 3100 block of Ohio Street Saturday night. A gold necklace valued at $100 along with about $120 cash was reported stolen.              

• A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 3400 block of Surrey Lane Sunday morning. Household goods valued at $175 were reported stolen.             

• A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 4500 block of Garth Road Sunday night. Items valued at $200 were reported stolen.             

Burglaries

• A burglary of a house was reported in the 400 block of Harold Lane Friday afternoon. Clothes valued at $650 along with about $1,250 were reported stolen.             

• A burglary of a house occurred in the 300 block of Lanier Drive Sunday afternoon. Jewelry valued at $500 and electronics valued at $500 were reported stolen.             

Thefts

• A report of debit card abuse occurred in the 1900 block of Interstate 10 Thursday morning. About $520 was reported stolen.             

• A theft was reported in the 4500 block of Garth Road Friday afternoon. Clothes valued at $35 and electronics valued at $106 were reported stolen.             

• A theft from a person occurred in the 1700 block of James Bowie Drive Friday night. Items valued at $200 were reported stolen.             

• A theft of about $125 cash was reported in the 3300 block of Rollingbrook Drive Saturday afternoon.             

• A theft of bicycle valued at $150 occurred in the 500 block of Inwood Drive Saturday morning.              

• A theft from a person was reported in the 1000 block of San Jacinto Mall Place Sunday afternoon. A rose gold Apple iPhone valued at $300 was reported stolen.
