A man who accused Baytown police of excessive force during an arrest in June, 2019, filed a lawsuit in state district court Monday, with the city and three individual officers named as defendants.

Kedrick Crawford, then 46, was questioned by police the night of June 6 when police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the H-E-B gas station on Garth Road.
