Students from the City of Baytown’s “Mayor’s Summer Youth Work Program” participate in the Simulated Impaired Driving Experience (SIDNE®) driving course put on by the Baytown Police Department. The course allows drivers and passengers to experience what can happen when operating a vehicle while impaired, drowsy, or distracted. In front, from left, are Brianna Garcia and Jacie Frazier; and in back are Omar Morales; Corporal Ken Hockless; Sandra Crespo; Gina Guillory; Corporal Steve Ocanas; Officer Macla Aguilera and Raylon Johnson.
