For skaters over 48-inches, tickets are $10, which includes skate rentals. For anyone 48-inches and below, the cost is $8.
The annual Christmas Parade will be Thursday, Dec. 5 at Town Square. This year’s theme is Christmas Movie Memories. For more information, call 281-420-6597 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Christmas on Texas Avenue
Baytown’s Christmas on Texas Avenue returns to the Downtown Arts District Dec. 7-8, with entertainment and vendor booths in and around Town Square from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and noon-4 p.m. Sunday.
The event brings live music, along with food trucks and children’s activities and the Christmas on Texas Avenue Car Show. The Art League of Baytown will have its Christmas Art Gallery open to coincide with Christmas on Texas Avenue hours.
The ice skating rink is open 6-11 p.m. Saturday and noon-4 p.m. Sunday. Additional hours may be added Saturday if the weather allows.
Scheduled performers include the Texas Avenue Band, R. L. Bell, the Bowie Honors Choir, Nights of Joy, the Darcie Dance Team and, on Sunday, the Lee High School Jazz Band.
About 40 vendors are registered for Saturday, with some staying for both days—most will have holiday gift items for sale.
Dec. 1 is the deadline to reserve a space as a vendor. You can find registration information on the “Christmas on Texas Avenue” Facebook page.
Town Square Park at 213 W. Texas Avenue is the focal point for activity, but the fun will extend into adjacent blocks on Texas Avenue.
