Correction. In the Nov. 28-29, 2009 print edition of the Lifestyle Section of The Baytown Sun, " 'Tis the Season for giving" was sourced to Real Simple Magazine. Much of the articles content first appeared in two articles, 50 Gifts Under $50 and Stocking Stuffers: 21 Mini Gifts for $15 and Under, which were first published in the December 2009 issue of Real Simple Magazine and was used without permission. The Web edition of the "'Tis the Season for giving" article was incorrectly sourced as a Baytown Sun staff report and also was used without permission. We regret the errors.

A front page headline in the Wednesday, March 17, edition incorrectly stated a new sports complex would bear the name of a local coaching legend.

The name of the sports complex is the Memorial Sports Complex at Robert E. Lee High School. Sultis Stadium is one of three components of the sports complex.

The stadium was renamed to honor Coach Pete Sultis in 2002.

The headline and story appearing in the March 13-14 Weekend edition about the vacant building ordinance incorrectly stated the Baytown City Council had ap-proved an ordinance that would exempt the property owners of old San Jacinto Hospital building from the first year of registration fees as long as the building was in compliance with all applicable codes.

Council heard the report of attorney Randy Strong on the Goose Creek Retirement Com-munity’s plans for the old hospital building, but the item authorizing the ordinance was pulled from the agenda so council did not vote on it.
